Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging — exactly as received.

To initiate a return, please contact us at honey.flame.shop@gmail.com before sending your item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We do not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging.
